Zacatecas cable car runs from the
Hill El Grillo where you find the
Eden Mine tour
Reach the Teleferico from two areas: the hill El Grillo on the west
side of the city, about five blocks west of the cathedral, or reach
the Teleferico on the top of the hill de la Bufa to the east of the city,
reached by taxi, road,  or a walking trail on the west side of the hill.
Teleferico rides 40 Pesos, 20 for seniors

Zacatecas preserved Colonial Historic District is viewable below
the Teleferico as the car moves between Cerro de la Bufa and El
Grillo.
Zacatecas was once a rich mining town and is still produces 40%
of Mexico's silver.
Many shops sell silver artisan work in the historic district's 18th
century colonial buildings.
Statues at the top of the hill la Bufa commemorate the 1914 battle for Zacatecas
during the 1910 revolution.  Nearby, a zip line ride is available.
Walk from the Centro Historico
six blocks west to the entrance
to the mine tour.

A good location and reasonable
price make the
Hotel Condesa
in the Centro Historico of
Zacatecas a good value.

The Condesa Hotel puts much
of Zacatecas Central Historic
District including the
Eden
Mine Tour,
the museums and
the preserved colonial churches
within walking distance.
Zacatecas City spreads beneath the hill de la Bufa where there are statues and a museum to Mexico's revolution
of 1910.
Reach the top of the hill by the Teleferico, taxicab, or a walking trail on the west side of the hill.
A zip line ride to an adjacent hill is available at the top on the north side of la Bufa at the top parking lot
Zacatecas Teleferico is a cable ride from the hill
el Grillo, over the city, to the hill Cerro de la
Bufa.  This is a great sightseeing attraction at a
reasonable cost and helps make the colonial City
of Zacatecas a great destination for tourism.
