Beyond Panama south there is no reliable road into Columbia. The road
becomes impassible during the rainy season and dangerous at other times.  
Some 4wd  vehicles make the passage through the Darien Gap but
otherwise there is no passenger service.
Air from Panama City or one of the many small boats are the best ways to
reach South America from Panama.

Internacionales Centroamericanos:

State, Mexico and goes through Guatemala to El Salvador
where it stops for the night.

The bus then goes to Managua and stops for the overnight.

each country’s customs charge.
