Plymouth makes the most of its history and is a great place
to visit.
The town is walkable and many museums and antique
houses are within a few minutes walk of one another.
One of the nicest walks is through the park just across from
Plymouth Rock along the stream that first attracted the
Pilgrims and to the Jenny Grist Mill. Along any walk you will
see many elegant old house converted to B&Bs and several
antique houses open for visits.

Plymouth is still a small town and can easily be walked in a day.
Find free parking at several lots along the harbor near the boat ramp. The ramp area parking is for boats
with trailers but 200 yards to the north there is free parking. Other lots provide paid parking.
Public transportation reacesh the Plimoth Plantation, about three miles outside the harbor along the
coast to the south. Plymouth & Brockton shuttle runs service between the harbor and the
Plimoth Plantation. Train service reaches Plymouth from Boston South Station and
bus service reaches Plymouth from Logan Airport.
