This is Page Six of the trip
that George and I took. We
sailed the Danube River
from Passau, Germany to
Budapest, Hungary on the
Avalon Waterways River
Cruises on the Poetry. The
12 day tour left from Boston,
MA to Heathrow, London
and then on to Prague,
Czech Republic where we
met up with the Globus
Tours. The tour included 3
nights at the modern Prague
Hilton
that George and I took. We
sailed the Danube River

The next morning the riverboat
arrived in Budapest, Hungary.
Budapest was spectacular from the
river. Large impressive buildings,
bridges linking Buda with Pest.

I didn't’t know which picture to take first.
We spent the day touring this beautiful city.
This trip went by to quick. I would like to take
another river cruise in the future to other rivers in
Europe, Egypt or the Far East.
The Riverboat, the food (dinner included all the
wine you wanted)
The other passengers were terrific.
We had a wonderful adventure.

Nancy Santry has worked in the art
department of a large newspaper, a
cable television station and is currently
working in the art department of a
major supermarket chain.
Photographing first as a hobby and
now in her own small business,
Nancy's photographs have won many
art show honors and have been
published in Tourism brochures.
Nancy concentrates on photographing
New England scenes but also loves
traveling and photographing in Europe.
